Today, our unique butter cakes, are "gastronomically" recognized : the ten thousands of cakes produced every day are dispatched to bakeries, delicatessen shops and restaurants all over France; and, of course, our retailer shop near the port of Pont-Aven. Despite the fact that we wish to remain a "human size" craft industry, we are exporting our butter cakes to Japan (since 1973), Germany and Ireland.
